Hmmmm....sun out, hot day,should have been a good batting day.Yorkies bowled and caught well,Brooks,Bresnan,Pattison very good.

Today we have seen what can happen in division 1 if you have one or two bad sessions (you just don't get away with it) let's hope we don't have too many more like this throughout the season because we will get punished,now for a few days off then off to Hove

Day 2 of the season and we are still in the game. However in this league you have to compete for all four days or you will get punished so onto day 3 tomorrow hopefully we can take that last first innings wicket quickly and bat well again COME ON YOU PEARS

It will be a tough season in the top division but I am quite optimistic.Some of the young players are talented and gaining experience.

Well done Tom fell on his first division 1 century on day 1 of the season good to see mo Ali in the team and in the runs too and 264/8 not bad on a tricky day

Saeed Ajmal's bowling action has been ok'd,sure Worcs would love to have him back.

We didn't deserve to be champions on this last performance. However still a good season with the youngsters coming through and of course promotion (against the odds) think we need to bring some more experience in to go with Gidman for next year and think of alternative if Ajmal is unavailable COYP

Looks like our title ambitions are over for another year
