Liverpool

Jordan Spragg @spraggtwittor

Steven Gerrard has been that good for so long its took untill hes 35 and calling time on his career that people start to notice he isnt the player he once. He is one of the games greats and im very thankful ive been able to witness such great memories from him over the years. #idol

Jordan Spragg @spraggtwittor

Last game of the season will see me jn floods of tear. I have so much love for that man!

Jordan Spragg @spraggtwittor

Jordan Henderson must now learn all he can from the mighty leader and drain all the passion for liverpool of him he can. As he will be the person who will lead us out next season and he is the person seen as gerrards replacement. Long live the king!

Michael Hoe @mhoe

Steven Gerrard , YNWA .That is all . Gutted beyond words .

Dean Voyce @dean1

Listen I don't care what anyone says if Stevie g leaves il cry he's the heartbeat of this club#legend you don't get them no more. You get good players not legends. Fact

Gary Turton @gazza139

Gerrard, Folwer, Rush and Dalglish!!!!

Gary Turton @gazza139

Hard to believe we will not be hearing "Gerrard!!!!!!!!" or "Gerrard, goal" next season. Thanks Mr Gerrard for all you have done for this great football club.

Andrew Evans @ajevans

Stevie G all the best I can't thank you enough for what you've done for this club what a player as good as there's been funny when I put Stevie G in it comes up Stevie God

My heart feels heavy

Bill @billyshep

I genuinely believe Steven Gerrard is one of the best all round players of all time. A team of Gerrard's would beat a team of anyone else. World class in every position.

3
Pieboy @bartman

I'm going to the last home game of the season can't wait to thank the greatest LFC player that has ever been for all he has done

2
Chelsea McGlory @chelseaxmacca

I don't think Liverpool will ever truly be the same without Steven, he's our heart && soul. He'll leave a space that can never be filled.

lovemesexy lovemesexy @lovemesexy

It's funny how stevie announced it before the window opens. It wouldn't surprise me if he left in this transfer window

3
Charlotte @charlfc

Lets get this straight once and for all, Gerrard never, at any point, slip 'on his ******* arse'. That is all.

3
Adam Kunka @adamk94

Steven Gerrard our legend leaving this may, but sturridge and sterling can make themselves legends. The future is bright Reds YNWA

Josh Beacham @josh7lfc

Who's next after Gerrard? Sterling coutinho. Since FSG took over we have lost every player that had any ability to be replaced with cheap options they are turning us into a mid table outfit. It's embarrassing

1
Lee Watson @watto2410

For all of the fans that were on here this afternoon lets get rid of SG well you all got your wish now go **** yourselves. Come the last day of the season in May it will be a sad day but a good day the leaving of a legend number 3 on the app list way to go Stevie.

2
MissLfc @zip14

I've only known Liverpool with SG in it. May will be a sad month when he plays his last game for us :( but I do believe it's the right decision. For the club and SG. He will go out a legend and will forever be a legend. YNWA

Michael Brooks @brooksmeatswift

I wish him all the best for the future and what exciting adventures him and his family have in the U.S (If that all comes about) but the realisation we'll be a squad without Steve in it next season makes me so incredibly sad! He's been my hero for such a long time

6
Stephen Clark @sclark0

Watched Gerrard since he made his debut all those years ago. Will be a sad day in May when he leaves. Just wanna say it was a great privilege to watch u play for Liverpool thru good and bad times and will always be a anfield legend.......

7
steve roberts @stevero83rts

Is it bad that since hearing about Gerrard I have shed a few tears?

4
Marc @marcc9999

Exhibition football....warm sunny climate...show biz lifestyle...less pressure..more time with the family...can you blame him for going for a couple of years..he gave his best years of his career to our club..Stevie son you've earned it...a true LFC LEGEND YNWA

7
Chelsea McGlory @chelseaxmacca

I'm not ashamed to say that I will be shedding a few tear on the last game of the season haha

6
Rattlehead85 @rattlescouse
